Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@aleeseboost.site within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review and respond with further instructions and a return shipping address.

Note: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If your refund is late or missing:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card account
  • Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, email us at support@aleeseboost.site with your order number and photos of the defect or damage.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you
